Contractors please stay far away from this place. They treat them like trash. They hire from all over. Alot of guys take the job from another state just to get laid off a week later. They sign 1 year leases just to get let g soon after. Management is the worst I've experienced in aviation. C-130 program is always hiring just to recycle Launch employees. Rude and unprofessional employees
Despite the things that you may hear from certain people, this is a really good place to work. Every day is Christmas and every night is New Year's Eve. (Later) After much thought, come to work here as a contractor and work as much overtime as you can possibly stand for one year then leave. I paid for a wedding an a honeymoon to Hawaii working here.
