I went in with a few questions about my bike the other day and the owner dropped what he was doing to get me back on the road within the hour. He talked me through the steps he was taking and was more than willing to show me the basics of how to take better care of my bike in the future. As an individual who is new to biking this bike shop definitely has my trust and business in the future.
I purchased my first ever bike from KZoo Swift about 2 weeks ago. I love that they offer amazing bikes at great prices! Seriously their prices can not be beat!! But beyond affordability...the service is simply excellent! I’ve gone in several times with questions or looking for gear and they’ve always been extremely helpful and friendly. From used, refurbished, vintage and new along with gear and repairs....they have what you need, at a great price and with superb customer service!
