Worse customer service. Have been asking for a copy of a document. Only to be ignored and lied to. Was told I would receive a call and it never happened. Out of racism they choose not to help English speaking people. Edit. It's a shame it takes a bad review to receive a callback, when a simple email, reply to message, or any type of response would have been fine enough.

We have experienced months of unanswered calls, emails, and missed scheduled appointments. A significant amount of money was paid for Katherine to complete a service; however, there has been no follow-through or communication regarding its completion. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism.
