I use Kyzer for my pool and spa mechanics. With 17 year old pool system, things can get complicated. Have no fear, they'll make it right.
I really hate putting bad reviews. Although, I’ve been extremely busy with school and my husband took over to look out for the household services such as the gardner, pool, pest control services. My husband didn’t want me to stress about things, but I noticed my pool being green often. They often charged me monthly but would skip times and still charge me. I really loved this company when we hired them a couple years ago but the last 6 months it feels different dealing with them. They charged me for services they didn't do. They claimed that they didn't need my permission to do the services that cost me extra money because it was part of the way they run their business. They have never done that to me in the past. I don't know what's changed with the company and currently I am not a fan of the direction that they have gone.
Israel Gallardo from Kyzer Pool and Spa is an exceptional pool technician! As a new client, I was thoroughly impressed by his attention to detail and friendly attitude. He’s clearly passionate about his work, which is something I haven’t experienced in a long time. My pool looks amazing – crystal clear and inviting. I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Israel and Kyzer Pool and Spa to anyone in need of pool service.
