HORRIBLE PEOPLE. my 15 year old daughter called here as part of her volunteer challenge through school. It takes a lot for a 15 year old to cold call somewhere. Ms. KIM was horrible to her and hung up the phone. I took it upon myself to call back in an attempt to let her know maybe in the future she should handle calls like that with more care as there are actual people on the other end of the line.
