I was referred to Kat Powers by a well known source of the City of Palestine, Tx to talk about a big upcoming event which has already passed. Sep 7th. We were supposed to get a spot to talk about a upcoming event for the community of Palestine (ParaPalooza) and after talking for a short time closer to the event, my messages were not being replied to at all which led to not getting a spot to talk about the event as promised.
