Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The doctor was rude and dismissive and did not appear knowledgeable about my medications. He was unable to pronounce or explain what they were for. As a result, I left the appointment feeling unheard and unsupported. I was told my $20 copay would be refunded. Instead of receiving a refund, I was charged an additional $20. I now have two $20 charges and no refund. The front desk is supposed to be resolving this issues, but hasn’t yet.
The worst doctor in the valley . If there’s zero star I’ll give the useless doctor. The worst medical group . This doctor should go back to Korea. I paid more than $1000 dollars health insurance and I was assigned to this useless medical group. He just ignored my request to see a urologist. I lost my high paying job and went to major surgery . For the past 30 years, Dr. Yoo has been my primary care physician. His accurate diagnoses and effective treatments have made him the best doctor in the Valley area where I live. He has been the doctor for my children and my husband and me, and he even discovered and completely cured a condition in my husband that other doctors had missed. He is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares for each patient, alleviating anxiety, avoiding unnecessary talk, and providing reassurance and care based on facts.
