Dr. Hong kept me waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time even though I was his first appointment of the day. Last year, he kept me waiting 15 minutes even though I was his first appointment of the day. When I made the appointment, the receptionist said the cost of the exam is $55. When I checked in, I confirmed $55 with the receptionist. When the exam was completed, Dr. Hong asked for $100. The receptionist denied she told me $55. Dr. Hong is personable, the exam was pleasant and informative.
As always, I had a great experience at my appointment today. Dr.Hong takes the time to explain everything clearly during the exam and always gives an honest opinion at the end which I really appreciate. Years ago before I started coming to Dr.Hong I was told I needed glasses when I didn’t and ended up spending hundreds of dollars unnecessarily, so finding a doctor I can trust means a lot.
