Horrible customer service. My family and I tried several times to call, email and stopped at the boat house with no luck. I emailed and received an email back I need to pay before getting a real person to talk to me. The price that was told to us the only time we were able to get someone on the phone is way different than their website. Very upset about this as our family was very excited to rent a boat. My daughter and I had a great introductory sailing lesson here. We’re working out the details for getting her ASA certified and getting a first boat to gain experience on. Shame the lots are limited in sale. Lake Arrowhead is convenient and the shifting winds made for great practice.
I was surprised and extremely disappointed in the rudeness and lack of customer service by Captain Rob. His response is not accurate at all. Beware. Captain Rob says I had no boating experience...guess passing the Boater exam was sheer luck.
