Can't give them a high enough review. If the rating is 1 to 5 with 5 being outstanding service, I have to give them a 10 (ten). They came out quickly, and I don't live close. The tech who arrived was polite and knowledgeable, and spent what seemed like hours checkiing the water line to my kitchen sink (which hadn't had more than a dribble in the hot water line for years), cleaning it out of calcium deposits that had built up for years, and even went to the water heater closet and found a device there that would improve the w... read more
I can't say enough about the Tech that came over to our office and tracked down a sulphury/burning smell. He went over and beyond his job description, helping me with the issue and waiting to make sure everything was under control and I was able to get in touch with the Company, and they were sending someone out to deal with the issue. Sophia was great and had me scheduled for just a few hours after I called. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!
Had to get our hot water tank replaced as it was connected to the boiler. They came gave us a quote and had it installed quickly. They worked with us also so we could get it founded. We highly recommend them.
