Not bad for men’s hair if your hair is short enough. They have no idea how to manage men’s medium to long hair at all. I got the exact same bad haircut within two months (thought I’d give them another try, and I gave very specific instructions both times), yet they messed up my hair in exactly the same way. Will never go back.
