I went there for dinner I waited for 45 mins at my booth they didn’t even ask me if I wanted a drink or anything. three new customers came in and was seated and they took their orders right away. Very disrespectful I don’t recommend this place to anyone the worst customer service.

We visited Kyoto-Oviedo intending to dine in, but unfortunately decided to leave before ordering due to the experience we had. The employee at the front desk who initially helped us was polite and seemed genuinely willing to assist with our questions about the menu. However, when he needed help and called over to his manager, “Vicky,” asking if she could assist, her response came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
