This place will surely satisfy your cravings. If you love sushis, this place will surely satisfy your cravings. I have went back here from time to time and still looking forward for my next visit.
I had the best Japanese ramen in here, they have so many great side dishes as well and they also take pride with their special service.
The food may be great, but the service sucked. Took over 25 min and yet we had to call the server over to take our order. If you have the time to wait, then this place is for you.
My husband and I are on our first anniversary and we needed to find a new sushi place since we recently moved to Tacoma. The service is awesome, the sushi and entrees are amazing. I would whole heartedly recommend this place!
This is a great, authentic Japanese restaurant! We loved it! My mother is Japanese, and a wonderful cook, and I have been looking for a good, authentic Japanese restaurant for a long time (I live in Oly). Anyway, would highly recommend this place. Had the Salmon & Tempura - just about as good as mom's. Wonderful envirnonment, plus very clean (another trademark of authentic Japanese). Sushi is Fabulous Authentic Japanese cuisine. We go at least 2-3 times a year. They have tatami rooms that you can experience. My family enjoys going and loves their food. I would recommend to everyone to try.
Wonderful Place – Kyoto is a beautiful Japanese restaurant, you probably wouldn't think so, while strolling through that part of Tacoma. The entrance has a little bridge and there are even fish in the pond! The food has always been wonderful, and if you come in a group you get to sit in a little room, that has rice paper doors. My friends and I always go there when were in Tacoma and I would highly recommend it to anyone that enjoys Japanese food and culture :)
We've dined here for four years – and have rarely been disappointed. Our favorites include the sake-, toro-, ama ebi-, anagi- and kani nigirizushi; uni, massago, and ikura gunkan; shrimp tempura roll; california roll with massago; age dash tofu; warm, salted edamame with cold sake; agari (green tea with brown rice); gyoza; and beef yakisoba.
