Came in and ordered a 9 piece salmon sashimi and shrimp nigiri to sit there and wait 30 minutes. I asked someone to check on my order at 20 minutes and she completely disappeared. I waited another 10 minutes before trying to cancel my order. The manager (I assume) Helen came up with my order after the waitress notified them I wanted to cancel and responded to me commenting that I waited 30 minutes by saying “it’s not just your order there’s a lot.” No apology, nothing. Service was terrible, waitress was really rude the about sashimi, which I’ll remind you is just cut fish, taking thirty minutes to make. Even a server was surprised by how long I was waiting.
The food was utterly delicious. I got hibachi chicken and I don't think any other restaurant I've had hibachi from can top it. It's on par with Koi. The teriyaki chicken was also fantastic, as well as the yakisoba noodles. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. We will definitely be coming back and telling friends about this place.
