Dr Misawa is the best! She truly cares about her patients. She also saved my moms life!
It was too long of a wait to get in to see Dr Misawa so I made an appt with the NP. She was decent, followed the standard GI protocol. My reason for 3 stars was that I waited an hour in an exam room to see her. Not once did anyone check in to say anything & there was no apology for making me wait. (The waiting room was empty when I got there so ??) Anyway.... I'm in too much pain to sit and wait an hour to see a nurse let alone nobody ever popping in or apologizing. Would it have been OK if I was an hour late? Not likely lol... read more
