Worst experience ever, I placed hojicha float, matcha parfait and jasmine matcha drink through app. It didn’t notify me that they were out of matcha ice cream or hojicha ice cream. When I arrived to the store, the server still not told me that they are out of matcha ice cream, I was waiting for 10 mins in the store while I got all 3 wrong items with vanilla icecream, and the jasmine macha drink taste no jasmine tea inside at all.
My drink was amazing. Service is 5 stars, that lady knows how to treat customers. Atmosphere was very clean and well kept.
Wonderful houjicha latte! Staff helped me figure out what preparation would work best for me, as I was trying to recreate something I tried in Japan. Nice place, relaxed vibe. I will be back for more!
The ice cream was great, soft, not too sweet and a lot of toppings. The best spot to have ice cream! Highly recommend
We ordered on the self-ordering kiosks. Then the person working there discovered that their ice cream machine wasn’t working. She then discovered that she couldn’t do refund. So she told us that the manager would do refund ASAP. But the refund never happened. This shop doesn’t seem to know how to run their business. How they handled this is very irresponsible.
