Inconsistent in their quality of work and professionalism. Sometimes the service and staff are great, sometimes some of the staff are incredibly rude. Just had gel refill done yesterday and the staff member was way too rough, she kept hurting me, use the electric file to file back my nail bed and I kept jumping in the chair, it was clear she was hurting me. I came in with a badly broken nail with SNS still caked over the top of it so we couldn’t see the real damage until it was removed. The lady was so considerate and gentle, she didn’t want to file it back in case it hurt me unnecessarily so she came up with a different solution to remove the SNS, she also guided me in the best direction to heal and repair my nail, I was quite anxious but felt I was in good hands within seconds :) thanks!!!

Felt a bit rushed and the staff were far from friendly. The manicures were good but one of my friends got a cuticle infection afterwards. Make sure you ask them to use sterilised equipment if you go here.

My wife recently received nail services at your establishment, and she has been very pleased with the results. She has expressed increased satisfaction and has allowed me to share the same bed with her after a prolonged period of separation. I believe that Kyneton Nails and Spa has played a significant role in improving our marital relationship. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their contributions.
