Very disappointed. After booking an appointment online overnight due to be worried (I am from out of town and on holiday), I did receive a confirmation text to confirm my appointment. I rang to confirm the next morning and was told my appointment was cancelled as I am a new patient. I wasn't notified of this, surely at least a text. The receptionist was dismissive and when I asked for other doctors I could call in the area, she said she was unable to help. I thought Regional areas were friendly and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough about the exceptional care I received at Kyneton medical. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns. The doctors and nurses were not only highly professional and knowledgeable, but incredibly warm and reassuring. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kyneton medical centre to anyone looking for quality healthcare delivered with heart.

My father and his wife have been patients of Dr Perlesz at Kyneton Medical Centre for some years. Recently, my father had to suddenly go into care; the kindness and empathy shown by the practice staff and Dr Perlesz was fantastic. It was a very stressful time but they went out of their way to assist, offer advice, organise help and services for us (daughters from interstate).
