They carried out a repair on my car 2 years ago. Had problem with the paint, contacted them, sent photos and with no hesitation collected my car put the paintwork right and delivered my car back. You never really know how good a company is until you have a problem. Excellent 5 star service. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had a really good experience and rapid service through an insurance claim with Kynaston, the nicest people from reception staff to the guy that dropped my car back. They dropped off a courtesy car to my door the day after i spoke to the claims handler, and returned it perfectly repaired 2 days early. Really can't fault them at all.

So much work, they just don’t care! Well that’s my opinion. Original indications were 2 weeks for my repair. After 5 weeks, and timescale changing almost daily at times Including 3 times in one day! I picked my vehicle up, with someone at the desk just saying “sign these, with no explanations, no niceties and no one to come and check the vehicle with us or explain what work had been done. Smooth process from start to completion. Advised 7-10 days and i was contacted to say vehicle ready on day 7. I did not need frequent updates just a professional done in the time specified.
