Poor customer service.
We broke down whilst on holiday and had to be recovered by the AA. Our van was taken to an approved garage (which shall remain nameless) who were quite unhelpful and could not guarantee it would be repaired in time for us to tow our caravan home. We frantically searched the area for other garages and luckily happened upon Kynaston. Wow, what a difference in terms of customer service! I've been going to this garage for a number of years and have always found the staff very helpful and the business efficiently run.
Contacted the garage as we had a warning light “check engine” appear on our dashboard in our motorhome. We were en route to Brixham and worried if we could continue further. Dealt with Pete who said we could stop by and get it checked on his OBD reader. So impressed that they would help us on the spot, and were more than accommodating. Cannot recommend enough. 5* experience
