Very friendly, but long wait. Showed up 10 minutes before appointment time and saw the doctor 40 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. But, very impressed with the friendly professionalism.

The staff I dealt with all the way through my entire appointment were really friendly, the Dr that I spoke with in regards of what needed to be done was absolutely wonderful he was really nice. The lady that did the blood draw was wonderful and helped distract me from the needle
The manager for Carlsbad Sarah Robertson is very immature and unprofessional with patients, never in our lives have we ever dealt with such a neglectful doctor's office or office manager. When we looked up reviews for the Carlsbad location we found the reviews employees had left on indeed about working under her.. needless to say we are not surprised.
