I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience at Kylie Dental in Bowen was very disappointing and concerning. On 25 February , I went in for a tooth extraction which ended up taking over 2.5 hours, with three injections of anaesthetic. The procedure was initially handled by a young dentist who appeared inexperienced with this type of extraction.
