Had a great experience with Kylie who was efficient, gentle and great at explaining what she needed to do. Will be taking the whole family to see her.
The gr8 ratings seem to relate to experienced owner/Optomitrist Kylie Zahner. Suggest you ask for her if you attend this Kenmore (Plaza) Optometrist clinic. I was examined by a young woman who after accidentally poking me in my right eye, and taping a mask to my face (the test lenses/frames sat high on my face over thick surgical tape and a mask) managed to give me a totally wrong prescription. I found Kenmore Plaza Optometrist a couple of weeks ago when I had a very swollen eye and the pharmacy suggested I see an expert. From the moment I went in Kylie and the team were so professional and friendly, managing to squeeze me in at short notice. Everything about my experience was caring and very genuine. Thank you so much to Kylie and the team :)
Incredibly helpful, informative and knowledgeable, no doubt about it. Great service and staff. However, have left last couple of times feeling I was holding her up, sensed some impatience which surprised and disappointed me a bit. Another of her clients - also in her 60’s - experienced the same. A little more kindness understanding and patience perhaps
