I started seeing Dr. Rhodes around December of 2024 because I was having very intense heart palpitations. First appointment went well, do the usual things. Got bloodwork down and was told everything was normal. Got a 3 day heart monitor put on. My follow up with her after the heart monitor was extremely disappointing. She told me that there was nothing on the heart monitor, even though I had basically filled up the entire journal with all of the days and times I was having symptoms. I love Dr. Rhodes as a physician but often wonder if she knows how her nurse speaks to patients. I had my second encounter with the nurse today and found her twisting my words from "I cannot make that time I have another doctor's appointment" to the nurses version "so you don't want to come in". Months ago, I also asked for different supplements when diagnosed with vitamin deficiencies and explained that as being celiac I don't absorb through my stomach as well and she insisted these were the doctors guidelines (which I find... read more
She is the best all the staff there is great . She listens to you takes her time figuring out what is best for you !
Not a patient of Dr. Rhodes, I have heard good things, but her office staff is seriously lacking. Don't try to hit the "New Patient" or "Shedule and appointment" on the website because they don't do anything. After waiting 2 days AFTER hitting the "Shedule and appointment button and no reply, we call, the lady was like you didn't fill out the new patient paperwork and sends it to me via email. Don't understand why I would have to give you all my personal info before the doctors appointment was made but ok. I immediately fill... read more
Dr Rhodes is amazing but her assistant is the worst at answering her calls. Not very helpful sometimes
