Kylie Hill is excellent. Knowledgeable, accommodating and kind, all at the same time. I feel fortunate she’s my audiologist.
Kylie is a top-notch professional in her field. In my consultation and exam with her, she thoroughly explained the graphs that showed my hearing loss in each ear and at different frequencies. She explained the features of each hearing aid and their plusses and minuses to help me decide on a particular one. I was confident that I was getting the best treatment and that my outcome really mattered to her.
Dr. Hill is very professional,pleasant, she listened to my concerns and spent time explaining the results of my hearing test, the changes from 5 years ago and options for obtaining hearing aids to improve my ability to hear certain sounds. I highly recommend her to anyone.
