I'm doing classes here twice a week and loving them. All other participants are supportive and friendly and Kylie changes it up each class to make it engaging, interesting and challenging. You can attend and do your own thing, but I'm not quite there yet! I'm sure it's a little older than some of the other newer gym's in Sale (there's a few isn't there?!), however it's always clean & well looked after.
