Very careless. They just want to get your money, I just went there to do a blood test for missing vitamins that I may have and I ask for one specific thing and she offered bunch of other tests and I said no and I did not do any of that, but I still got the highest bill you’ll ever see. I kept going back-and-forth to Euless office and Bedford office and they telling me they have no idea who ordered the rest of the tests and I only talk to the doctor. The doctor is wonderful she listens. Dr. Roberts is caring and gives exceptional care. However, the billing office delivers a horrific, incompetence experience, and when they process your insurance, they will process it as out of network. A simple visit with a copay will be processed out of the network and cost you $300. to $500.00, they do not return your calls, and you will owe this amount. It's not worth the agrivation.
