I have been over charged everytime I used this company. They charged me $160+ to fix a leak that was just a bad connection. Another time they gave me a $6,000 quote for a sewer tap repair only ended up costing $1,000 from another plumber.
Requested a stool flush valve replacement. Unbeknownst to me there are 3” and 4” valves. They didn’t have a 4” valve on hand. Said they could order one but would charge me a second trip charge after paying them $125 for a service they couldn’t complete. I will not use them again and would not recommend them for anything.
Very poor experience, customer service, and in my opinion do not stand by their work - and the results show. They also are expensive....not just expensive for how bad they are, but expensive when compared to companies who are better quality. Recently moved to OK and bought a house. We had an issue of tree roots in line causing a back up in 1 of our 2 stools in the house. Had to have technicians come out due to issue at main water shutoff. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. They very friendly and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
