Requested a stool flush valve replacement. Unbeknownst to me there are 3” and 4” valves. They didn’t have a 4” valve on hand. Said they could order one but would charge me a second trip charge after paying them $125 for a service they couldn’t complete. I will not use them again and would not recommend them for anything.
Very poor experience, customer service, and in my opinion do not stand by their work - and the results show. They also are expensive....not just expensive for how bad they are, but expensive when compared to companies who are better quality. Recently moved to OK and bought a house. We had an issue of tree roots in line causing a back up in 1 of our 2 stools in the house. Had to have technicians come out due to issue at main water shutoff. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly. They very friendly and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.
Kyle and Bryson came to fix the kitchen plumbing and were super nice and polite. They got right to work and was finished in no time. Thank you very much.
Called Kyle‘s plumbing to come out to give us a quote to let us know what we needed because our hot water tank isn’t working and We believed it needed to be replaced and told them that we were a Veteran nonprofit Organization, they gave us a timeframe that they would be there. They showed up half an hour late and was very rude and dismissive to the older Veteran.
