They quickly responded to an emergency call in February one day before subzero temperatures set in and repaired a major leak in outdoor hydrant line at an affordable price. In March they installed two more outdoor hydrants. Very good work, will use again.
We used Kyle’s plumbing through our home warranty. The guys came out on time and were very kind and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the issue and gave me my options to move forward. He was very patient and answered all my questions as well.
I don’t believe one star is low enough but it’ll have to do. Poor customer service and communication within their office. We called to have someone come out to address a venting issue. When they arrived I told them again it was an issue with our vents. They proceeded to flush the toilet, made some phone calls, and came to the conclusion we were having a venting issue. They did not bring any tools with them, not even a ladder. They said today would be $115 and they would come back another day to snake our vent for $175 but th... read more

We used them for a hot water tank replacement through our home warranty company. Kyle initialy came out. Told me that we had to be brought up to code and they'd get everything taken care of. I am big on communication and I'll say that they keep me in the loop, explained what they were going to do and got it done. The two that came out to do the replacement were friendly and quick.
