I brought in a necklace where the chain came undone. I wasn't sure it was fixable but they fixed it immediately. This is the second time we have been to Kyle's and they are so knowledgeable about the various metals and stones. I also, found out they can fix indian silver which most jewelers don't work on. I am so impressed with their workmanship and how professional and helpful they are to customers.
Thank you to John at Kyle's for repairing one silver and untangling the chain of my heart pendant and thanks for the tips you shared as well. Will be reaching out to them for any future jewelry needs .
