I'm getting pretty tired of being to forced to cross the center line to avoid hitting parked vehicles in front of this place. To give context, there is a frontage road in front of this business and vehicles are parked in a manor where they are in a lane of traffic. When vehicles drive on this frontage road, they are forced to cross the center line and enter the oncoming lane of traffic in order to avoid a collision. Recently had lower control arms and rear shocks and mounts replaced on my VW Golf. Kyle was upfront about everything and was very easy to work with. They even sent a driver to come pick me up to pitch up my car from the shop once it was done.
Came from out of state, they were able to get the code diagnised and reset. Explained what the issue was and what to do if it occured again. They were awesome getting us in and the issue taken care of to be on our way.
Have had 2 major repairs done to my pickup here in the last 2 years. Timing chain/cam phasers and oil pump one time, and 2 new turbos installed another. (2016 F150). Both times was presented with an accurate quote and even charged less than quote given. Staff are very friendly and down to earth. I got sent to Kyle's Customs by Discount Tire when tire wear indicated (clearly) the car needed a front end alignment. They did the job quickly and well, and priced the job fairly. Pleased, I went back a second time for some work on the rear suspension of a second car, and pleased with that job, I sent my kid there for a suspension issue he was having.
