After dissatisfaction with Thorndale location, visited West Chester location to have an existing license plate registered to vehicle purchased out of state. Provided an incomplete explanation (in a condescending tone, citing prior interaction at Thorndale) of issue preventing this, followed by second partial explanation, followed by owner (Kyle) stating that he he had now explained it to me twice. Why can't other tag places be like Kyles? Fast, Friendly and makes it easy to do business with. My daughter and I transferred a vehicle today and they went out of their way to make us feel special. They deserve a crown!
