We went to his other facility. Very nice people to deal with. We didn't buy only because the vehicle we were interested in was loaned to his friend.
Ron is the exact opposite of everything you have heard about car salesman. This man went above and beyond for me. When my own bank and another lending company turned me down, he recommended me to a place that he's worked with for decades, and they did everything right.
