Dr. Kyler Douglas surprised me with his sheer amount of knowledge, bedside manner, and time management. I had a new patient appointment and he was so incredibly thorough and helpful. He spent so much time with me and even sent me a personalized message through MyChart after the appointment. I am happy to have found him. All of the office staff were super friendly as well, especially the woman who drew my blood. The only negative is how confusing it was to find the building. The Dr is great to my husband. He’s phenomenal. But the front desk staff could be much friendlier. Also, I’m very upset that Missouri Baptist is starting to incorporate AI into its scheduling and appointments. They will regret this.
