Dr. Douglas is the best Pcp I've ever had in my 46 years of life. He is a great listener. My first appointment with him he listened to a problem I had for 6 years and I felt all other doctors were wrong. He sent me for a test I never received before and he was right. Soon after saw a vascular surgeon, had surgery, ended up pain free and and able to walk without canes now for 3 years now. I love him, he really cares about his people. Wish I could still see him, but he moved to St. Louis
They cancelled an appointment that I made 2 months after it was made. I am trying to find a new Dr. and he had some good reviews, so I thought I would try him. I am a teacher, so I made this appointment on a rare day off. The office was not apologetic and rude. They showed no concern for my need.
I can’t say enough how awesome my experience with Dr. Douglas has been, it has really enlightened me and given me a positive feeling towards healthcare. I haven’t really been to the doctors a lot in my life so have had a lot of issues that I’ve wanted to address. Dr. Douglas has been patient, kind, and really listens to me and all my concerns. I could not have a more favorable review of Dr. Douglas. He is a good listener and has a reassuring calmness; he is thorough and detail-oriented. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a kind and competent primary care physician!
