Very professional, kind, courteous and listens.
I did not get a call or anything and had an appointment canceled by text...after waiting since November for my appointment. My wife and I are extremely disappointed and we're told June now...that's 7 months from when I originally made an appointment. I was told she is taking new patients. I feel very negatively about this experience.
I waited 4 months for an appointment that was a few days away from today. I got a text saying they canceled it. They gave me another date in JUNE!!! Unreasonable and terrible practice to treat patients that way.
