New onset shoulder pain. No physical exam. No ROM assessment. In need of pain management including muscle relaxant: told me Valium is not a muscle relaxant and pain management is not for chronic conditions. Wrote order for PT on the wrong shoulder. On attempting to refill daily medications not related to injury, one was discontinued without notice, another was doubled on writing prescription. I can find nothing good to say about this person.
She is wonderful. I am diabetic and have been struggling to get it under control. One visit with her and she had me on the right track.
Waited for 15 on hold then hung up on. Went to office and was told my appointment was double booked. Good doctor awful office.
My husband and I have been making appointments only to have them cancelled every single time for many months now despite both of us being disabled and having urgent medical concerns. Every time being rescheduled, only to have the rescheduled appointment cancelled again. Often on the day of because "She's going to be out of the office". I can't imagine we're the only ones facing this issue. It's completely unethical and unacceptable. She gives the best care and has the time to sit and discusses everything from medicines to procedures so you can understand. The best.
