Dr Park is a good doctor but his front desk staff are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever seen I had a 1:40 PM appointment. I was there at 1:20 checked in and they said fine. Go take a seat. We’ve got you at 2:35. I went to the desk and said there’s nobody in the office in the waiting room am I gonna see Dr. Park today and they said oh well you didn’t check in until 215. Dr. Park was the most thorough doctor I've seen. He took the time to take my history, explain the diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. The staff was pleasant and professional.
I have been a patient for Dr Park for about two years. The last time I saw him was January 6. I’m still waiting for the medication. They were supposed to send me by mail the pharmacy that was supposed to do this called me and asked me how the medication is working I called this morning to Dr. Park’s office because I had to cancel my appointment for another day or earlier, spoke with someone I’ve been trying to call them back so I can keep my appointment because it’s very hard to get an appointment and no one is picking up. In a teleheath visit ..dr parks was very thorough in reviewing my test results and told me what to expect with respect to treatment. Very patient and honest. Knowledgeable in his viewpoint and field !
This review is based on my Mother's experience. She is a new patient and was sent for blood work. My mother is elderly and uses a wheelchair or walker to move around, which means that it is difficult for her to move in and out of the house. She went to the lab to get said bloodwork done and they had not sent over the prescription. The office was closed so she had to return the following day to try again.
