I'd like to commed Kyle Ward and his staff on their professionalism at my appointment today. I was greeted by friendly staff and treated with care and kindness. From having my eyes tested to selecting frames and discussing lens options, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this practice.
Lea was just wonderful. Clearly explaining eye conditions and testing was painless. Good selection of glass frames while not over priced. Highly recommend.

Really upset with their service. I gave my frameless glass to replace another lens, but I received my frame and glass into two pieces. Now they are complaining frame was faulty. I couldn’t fix my glass from anywhere else. I really disappointed😭
