As bad as it gets, a complete fraudulent operation with zero business ethics or morals. Will collect payment, not do any work or mislead you, and come up with strange excuses.
One star is generous. Very disappointed in his service. Not knowledgeable about pools and only works pools one day a week. Charged us ridiculous amounts of money for everything. Example: $200 for phosphate treatment. Had to stop leaving a check for him because he would pick up the check, leave and not service our pool. He is also rude if you ask him about it. Only had him for a month, cut our losses and let him go.
