This was my first visit with Dr Kyle Uto and I was very satisfied with the entire process. The doctor's assistant was very experienced and attentive in conversation prior to Dr. Uto's arrival. When Dr. Uto arrived, he was friendly and very helpful with conversation, health metrics, and recommendations. It's been three weeks since the appointment and your scheduling team and the unmc psychology schedulers have yet to get Dr Utos referral successfully over to there office so we can get the initial appointment set up. I've talked to both offices four times now over the last two weeks and we still do not have an appointment. There is an issue with the referral being faxed over, as it shows up at unmc as test results, no a referral.
