Kyle's office is AWESOME! They genuinely care and want the best for me. They are very helpful and kind everytime I vist their office. Kyle has taken the time out of his busy schedule to review my policies and made sure that my family and I got the best coverage. Kyle really knows what he is talking about and is willing to answer all questions that you might have regarding insurance!
After being with Kyle's office for 4 years, I finally interacted with him in person, and I am changing my review to 1 star. I have now switched agents, although I am still with State Farm. I originally went to Kyle because I had a friend that worked for him. The crux of my situation is that I asked for a coverage to be added to my policy, and it was never added.
