I ended up going to the Palms West Hospital for suspected appendicitis. They confirmed the appendicitis was inflamed, and I would need surgery. Dr. Eldridge was the physician on staff and available. As soon as I met him, I liked him. He was very reassuring and explained exactly what would be happening. The surgery went well. His aftercare treatment was good and he told me that if I had any problems and I called the office, he would actually get the message personally and call me back. Unbelievable service… Great treatment.

I had a great experience with Dr. Eldredge. He is very kind, patient, and highly professional. He truly listens and makes you feel comfortable. The staff is also amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Eldredge to anyone looking for quality care.

For the first procedure in my 38 years I couldn't have gone to a better office. Tremendous professionalism and service from the medical assistants, Liz, and others whose name I didn't catch to Dr. Eldridge. If this is your office you are in good hands. Also, appointment times are perfectly honored.
