This was not an emergency although they did respond pretty quick since they were in my area. They were here within 30 minutes and gone within 40. I would grade their customer service five stars. They were professional, friendly, and they didn't make a mess. But Lord God $250 is way out of my budget for a clogged kitchen sink.
