Excellent knowledge, follows up diligently.
Never received a call back after having a reaction to my medication and getting routine bloodwork done. Called at least 7 times leaving a message each time. I live on Cumberland island, so no option to stop into the office. These are not medical professionals, go somewhere else.
Dr Rezac doesn't pay attention to what you tell him. Ignores concerns. Writes incorrect information in chart. Refuses to correct the error even when presented with evidence he was wrong.
Have been seeing Dr. Rezac for a few years now him and his staff have always been fantastic in rescheduling and las minute appointments.
In these trying times of Covid I called to make an appointment for a PCP. On the day of the appointment I was unable to make it so I called 6 plus hours ahead to cancel. Called and spoke with a receptionist this morning and she yelled at me and treated me like a criminal and told me they will never see me because I didn't cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time.
