Local realtor here. I love sending my clients to Kyle as I know they are going to get honest professional advice that puts their best interests at heart. Kyle works incredibly hard to make the lending process as stress free for his clients as he can all while giving them low interest rates and great fees. I'm a top Realtor in the Chicagoland area with @ Properties and highly recommend Kyle Perks at Stonehaven Mortgage. With Kyle you know your clients are in good hands and that they are going to be given a great interest rate, get fantastic customer service, have final loan approval early and get their questions answered in a timely fashion. He's available nights and weekends which inevitably is when I need to get ahold of lenders and clients really like and trust him. I highly recommend Kyle.

I had a great experience with Stonehaven Mortgage! Specifically Kyle and his team were extremely helpful and easily accessible throughout the process. They even informed me that I had not filed for tax exemptions which landed me over 6K tax refund. This was not part of the mortgage process but demonstrates how they go above and beyond to assist clients! I can’t thank them enough for all their insights and help through this process!!
