I made an appointment 2 months ago, they said they accept my insurance multiple times, after calling me a week before my appointment and telling me I need a referral I went ahead and got one, now that I finally have my referral and my appointment is a couple days away they say they don’t accept my insurance all of a sudden. I am 16 weeks pregnant and now I can’t find anyone who will take me because I’m so far along. This is simply an unprofessional office and I’m very disappointed in the care they provide.
Working with their billing department is like when you go to the zoo, and you try and get the guinea hens to try and look at you. It is a nightmare. They refused to cooperate and provide basic information to the insurance company then had the temerity to try and bill me for their mistakes.
