Excellent eye doctor and team, highly recommend.
I followed Dr. Palmer from the Lake Oswego Vision Center to Palmer Eye Care. Over the course of the years, he has helped me get into glasses with a very precise eyeglass prescription, nutritional recommendations for great vision, and even hard contacts for golf. Bottom line, I am seeing better than I have in 20 years! Coaching lacrosse, I have broken frames many times. I was traveling in a foreign country and woke up with a badly swollen eye. I had no idea what had caused it or what to do. The local medical facility suggested a treatment that was not working. I decided to send a message to Dr Palmer and was delighted that he responded very promptly. Exceptional service! My wife and I are in Europe and she has an issue with her eye. She sent a message and dr. Palmer called her right away! He gave some insights and prognosis that were very helpful. It’s already making a difference. When does a doctor call their patients when they are traveling? Customers for life and highly recommended.
My eye glasses broke and my insurance changed. I was not sure what to expect and I am happy to say it was a fantastic first time experience at Palmer Eye Care! Dr. Palmer was thorough and easy to talk through my concerns with. Dennis helped me find frames that worked for me and was kind, helpful and fun to work with. They were able to get me my new glasses in days and I am grateful. Highly recommend!
