Excellent clinician with a Knowledgeable and caring staff. Dr Ota is thorough and has always taken the time to listen and explain procedures in a way I can understand. He is a true gem in today’s insurance driven medical system.
They do NOT know what they are doing here, so if you need timely help, look elsewhere. They will have you going around the mulberry bush so many times… you could probably go through medical school and get your own degree in less time!
He explained everything well. I do think the office could work just a bit on clarity of instructions. Specifically, about the timing of the procedure...its important to make sure everyone is on the same page. The office was not bad, but I did feel there was a bit of lack of communication. Nonetheless, I believe he is the only rectal surgeon in Tulare County, and I am happy he serves this area with his skill set. I do believe he cares about his patients.
