Dr. Norris is wonderful, kind and patient. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Norris and his nurse are both very kind and knowledgeable. I had a very bad experience prior and I'm so thankful that Dr. Johns recommended him. He listens to you, doesn't rush you even on there busiest days. He and his nurse make you feel 100% comfortable and make procedures as painless as possible. When I came to Dr. Norris I was dreading a procedure I had to have, not only was he and his nurse respectful of my privacy they also went out of there way so that it wouldn't hurt or be too uncomfortable. The staffs are very unprofessional. They lost my urine sample. Wait? What? I never had that happened ever before. Very unprofessional The staffs do not know what they are doing. The nurse do not return the call on the same day.
Dr. Norris and his entire staff are very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly answer all questions I had about my surgery, and my procedure went very well. If you need a urogynecologist, you can't go wrong with Dr. Norris!
