Absolutely wonderful. Kyle explained everything about current options and possible future options for the pain in my knee. He laid out a good game plan if the injection didn't work. He was one of the people to inject my knee and I've had probably 20 over the past 25 years. I highly recommend Houston Methodist and Kyle Mays. Thank you, Kyle, the injection seems to be working.
The whole staff is very friendly. They run on schedule and have their own phlebotomist right there in office. I personally have seen Kyle Mays and he Is thorough, takes his time, explains everything and is very personable.

I saw P.A. Kyle Mays because my doctor, Dr. Herring was booked up. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very kind. He explained everything clearly and I only waited a few minutes for him to come in the exam room. I would definitely see him again.
