Dr. Morthaller was excellent. He was always up to date on my file. He was approachable, courteous, and kind. I had some allergic reactions to some medical adhesives and he was active in helping me through. Nobody wants surgery, but Kyle made it a little more tolerable. I also had great interactions with other staff in the office. Well done.
I went in for an emergency appendectomy and received EXCELLENT attention, care and support! Dr. Marthaller and his surgical team really made me feel aware of my condition, their treatment, and my recovery expectations. They were honest, compassionate and understanding. So, for what could have a bad experience, I could not have asked for a better surgeon or team!
Not a good or reliable surgeon. I Was referred to him for hernia surgery with CT imaging and report indicating 2 hernias. Dr Marthaller Never read or looked at imaging in initial visit or prior to surgery and only repaired one. Also never did an actual physical exam in my initial visit. In Post op visit his assistant recognized the second non treated hernia prior to his arrival. . Also never posted visit notes and when confronted went back and posted notes to cover up his negligence.
